At that point I really don't know. I sorta counting on the fact that that's not too likely to happen. And I don't me personally, right now I have my heart set on someone, and that is not gonna change. So unless I were to meet two potential people at the same time, I wouldn't really be open to new possibilities.

Oh god, GTB, this topic has just confused me so much that I don't know what to believe! tongue

I guess I believe that everyone has a destiny, but maybe they don't always know it. Or they think they know it and just try to change it when really their destiny in the first place was to think they knew their destiny and try to change it, therefore leading them to the right/wrong path and therefore to their true destiny.

And I think that if it's in someone's destiny to be with a certain person, then they will be, whether it's on this earth or somewhere in the far future of their journey "on." To me, books like Twilight are just books and there's nothing destiny-ish about any of it. (Don't take that wrong though, I'm trying very hard to make that sound nice.)
...Does that make sense?

Yeah, that makes complete sense fee, BUT I am just thinking that WHAT IF your soul mate lived 100 years ago? You will never find him/her.

They are long gone by now.

I don't know.

It kinda makes me depressed thinking about it, but I guess whatever happens happens, ya know?

well, I don't think your soul mate would have existed 100 years ago. I mean since we're going with the whole destiny thing, and the Bella and Edward example, one could argue that Edward was destined to become a vampire so that he could meet Bella.

I just watched Sisterhood 2 tonight, and I was thinking about that with Lena and Kostas.

Tibby said, "this only happens once"

and so I was thinking that if you are meant to be with someone, you will find them. Even if they live in Greece.

This topic is just so confusing!

But I like to reassure myself that he is out there and that I will find him eventually....
