There's this place near my family's beach house in Point of Woods and they have THE BEST ice cream in the world! Hard ice cream, I mean. Since they're local, they make their own and don't have a soft serve machine yet. But I love it sooo much. It's really too bad that they're not bigger because I'm sure they'd make a lot of money from it!

I love BR 31! But ours left, and now we have a DQ and a Coldstone...Coldstone is still my favorite though...

but I did go to a Ben & Jerry's and I love their ice cream, so that may just pass Coldstone....

I don't know when it comes out on paperback, but I'm sure it probably will soon. It's been almost a year since it came out, I wouldn't imagine it being much longer.

lol hey guys its been sooo long since ive been on. Goodness i hope it comes out soon....every time i want to read it i have to check it out at the library and thats too much work. lol

I didn't know that TSFT is only available in PB..TSFT isn't even available over here, PB or Hardback unless I order it online! (well, at least in bookstores within 200 mile radius of me)

For most books that I really love (eg: Harry Potter, Gemma Doyle trilogy) I just cannot wait for my copies. I rush to the store the day that they come out and buy the hardcover (not even looking at the high price that I might regret later) so that I can read it and underline and have it with me at all times. The only times that I have a book in paperback is if I'm getting into a series a little while into it and the first few books are already avaliable in paperback.
So yeah.
That's one reason why my sister has like 500 gazillion dollars more than me... Because I spend all mine on the hardcover editions of new books. xD Razz

Same melanie! Possibly for different reasons than yours though - my parents hate me 'wasting' money on buying books. Even if it is my own money.

Yeah, ditto. And my dad thinks it's stupid to spend $30-40 on a book that I'll "read once and throw in a corner." No matter how many times I tell him that I'd only buy a book if I was going to read it more than once or felt I needed it, he still sides with the library. Which kind of really sucks.. because everyone at school is reading Twilight and I want to try it because you guys talk about it, but it's never checked in ._.
